Weekend at Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas!

What a weekend!  Just back from a quick visit to Paradise Island in The Bahamas where singles, families, and couples mingled in the casino (no one under 18 is allowed to play any casino games though they are allowed to pass through when escorted by their parents), clubs, pools, and on the beaches when the weather allowed.  The weekend’s heavy rain and wind didn’t hamper the spirits of the travelers who came to explore the Lost City!  The high-end shops, kids’ club AKA, teen club Crush, and movie theater were all abuzz with activity.  We would not have known Mandara Spa was fully booked because the staff did such a wonderful job maintaining the peace and tranquility we were seeking.  The treatments were exceptional, and we were recharged before continuing on with our tour of the properties, clubs, and restaurants.  Not a moment was lost on boredom this weekend, no place for it on Paradise Island!
